Help shape Unladen Dispatch

Two minutes, and anonymous unless you choose to leave an email. Every question is optional.

Please don't include names or details of callers or incidents, or anything about your own health or how you're feeling. Just tell us about the app. Your answers go to Maggie Hall (Co-Synthesist Pty Ltd), who is developing Unladen Dispatch, and are used only to improve it. This form is separate from the app: nothing you've entered in the app is sent.
